The short version: BDEAL is free, we point you to deals at official stores, and the store you buy from is responsible for your order.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use bdeal.app and our emails (together, “BDEAL”). BDEAL is currently run by its founder as an individual project based in Jordan, and is not yet a registered company. By using BDEAL, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What BDEAL is, and is not
BDEAL is a free service that finds and lists discounts on sports and fitness products from third-party stores. We are not a store. We do not sell, ship, invoice or deliver products, and we do not handle payments, returns, exchanges or warranties. When you buy, your contract is with the store, and the store’s own terms and policies apply.
3. Prices, codes and availability
We check deals every week and show the date of our last check. Stores can change prices, stock and discount codes, or end a sale, at any time and without notice to us. Mistakes can also happen. Always check the final price at the store before you pay. If our price is different from the store’s, the store’s price applies. We cannot guarantee that a deal will still be available or that a code will work.
4. Affiliate links and how we earn money
Some links on BDEAL are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the store may pay us a small commission. This never costs you anything extra and does not change the price you pay. It is how we keep BDEAL free.
We choose deals because they are good for athletes, not because of the commission. If we ever publish a paid or sponsored placement, it will be clearly labelled as such.
5. Trademarks and content
Brand names, store names, logos and product names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products and stores, and their use does not mean that any brand or store is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses BDEAL.
The BDEAL name, logo, design and our own text belong to BDEAL. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without our permission.
6. Your account and our emails
You can create a free account to set up alerts and watch products. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so please use an email address that is yours and keep access to it secure. If you sign up, you agree to receive the emails you choose (instant alerts, daily or weekly summaries and price-drop alerts) and occasional important updates. You can change your choices, pause all emails or delete your account at any time from the “My alerts” page, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
7. Fair use
Please do not misuse BDEAL. This includes trying to break or overload the site, scraping it automatically for commercial use, signing up other people without their permission, or using it to send spam or anything unlawful.
8. Other websites
BDEAL links to stores and other websites that we do not control. Their content, products, terms and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
9. No warranties
We work hard to keep BDEAL accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BDEAL is not responsible for any loss arising from purchases you make from stores, price or stock changes, codes that do not work, or your use of other websites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer in your country.
11. Changes
We may change or pause parts of BDEAL, and update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence. If you have a concern, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
